Shipping and Returns Q & A:
Q: I got an e-mail stating my package has been delivered, but I have no package. Did it get delivered to the wrong address?
A: In most cases, no. Our delivery notice just means that the package has been picked up in the store and will get to you in 5 to 7 business days. If you have not recieved your package after two weeks of getting this notice please contact us, we are glad to help you find it!
Q: I see that the only shipping method available on your website is ground, but I really need my hardware this week. Do you have any other type of shipping available?
A: Call us at 504 488 5524 we may be available to ship your package second day air. We will gladly give you pricing and availability options!
Q: I recieved my hardware and I cannot use it for my particular application. Do you take returns?
A: We do, simply contact us within 15 days of recieving your package. Our full returns policy is listed below.
Q: I have installed my hardware but it does not function correctly, can I return it?
A: This one is tricky. If it is a matter of faulty hardware, we would be glad to replace it with properly functioning hardware. If the hardware has already been installed and has no defects we cannot take it back. If you do find that you do not like the product you purchased and wish to return it, do not install it. We do not accept returns of any products that have been installed and have no defects!!! We warranty most of our hardware for 30 days, please call us with any questions 504 488 5524.
Return Polocy:
Unopened or Uninstalled- You have 15 days after recieving your package to contact us about a return. Materials must be unopened or uninstalled. We offer store credit only on all returns. Cost of shipping the product back to us will be covered by us unless after 15 days. Call 504 488 5524 and we will give you directions on how to send your package to us. We will send your store credit to you via USPS.
All installed products- If found defective, you may return a product that has been installed. You have 30 days from recieving your package (not from installation) to return any defective materials. We can either replace the materials free of charge or give you a store credit for the value of the product. Please contact us at 504 488 5524 and let us take care of this matter for you! If you have installed a product and wish to return it without defects, we apologise but we cannot accept these for return. We do inspect all returned products, please do not claim defect where there is none!
